"Every Child Deserves a Chance." 

The Resilience of Coastal Kids a/k/a R.O.C.K Foundation of  MS and VA was pioneered by a group of concerned volunteers, who came together to help make a difference in the lives of children in foster care. 

Our volunteer base is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we are able to accomplish more. There are lots of ways you can get involved:  Volunteer at the your local youth Shelters by reading to the children, playing games, or helping them with homework, .  Become a mentor to the older children.  Volunteer as a chaperone for field trips. Help in throwing parties or holiday celebrations.  Donate items for the children in shelters and foster families who are taking in children.  Help the R.O.C.K. in their fund-raising and donation drives by donating your time, money, items, and talents.  Volunteer your professional services or personal skills to benefit the children.

The R.O.C.K. Foundation of MS is now helping children in the lower coastal area of Mississippi, which includeds Harrison, Hancock and Jackson County. And the R.O.C.K. of VVA is helping the children on the Eastern Coastal area Virginia, which include Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk area.
